Whisper of the Leaves

In halls of knowledge, bright and grand, We learn, we grow, we make a stand. Yet paper

flows in endless streams, A silent cry, a forest's dreams.

Beneath the ink, a tale untold, Of ancient trees and roots that hold, The wisdom of the earth

so deep, In branches high, where spirits sleep.

With every page, a story lost, A woodland's heart, a heavy cost. But we can change this

narrative, With choices small, we can give.

To futures bright and forests green, Where every leaf can still be seen, Let’s seek

alternatives, pure and true, A sustainable path for me and you.

Reuse, reduce, rethink our ways, In classrooms bright with eco rays. Embrace the digital,

let’s strive, For forests strong and thriving, alive.

In each decision, great or small, We shape the world, we heed the call. To tread with care,

and softly too, For nature’s gifts are wondrous, true.

So let’s unite, with hearts so pure, In acts of green, we can be sure, To leave a legacy, bold

and bright, For generations, day and night.

In harmony, let’s turn the page, On waste and want, and in this age, Let’s write a story, just

and fair, Of earth preserved, beyond compare.
