These popsicles are the lighter, creamier--and most importantly healthier--counterpart of everyone’s beloved orange creamsicle. Granted, the flavor palettes are very different, but the texture remains the same: smooth and refreshing! These popsicles are a great source of dairy, and the sugar content is relatively low. Most importantly, these popsicles are 100% kid-approved; kids will love them because they’re positively bursting with sweetness and summer fun!
Ingredients: (6 servings)
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup raisins
Step one:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey using a spoon. Continue to taste and adjust the honey-yogurt levels to your preference.
Step two:
Add in the raisins and mix again. Use a spoon, or simply tilt the bowl, to ladle the yogurt-honey mixture into popsicle molds. Close the molds.
Step three:
Freeze for at least 6 hours to let the yogurt freeze. Before serving, if the molds are too frozen to pry open immediately, run them under warm water for 15 seconds before attempting to open again.
Enjoy this fun summer treat!
