Executive Team

Carolyn is an individual who has always been fascinated by the intersection between data and the world she lives in. After taking her first data science course in her freshman year of high school, Carolyn has been searching for ways to apply her newfound passion for statistics, whether it's through conducting research with college professors or running her environmental nonprofit, A Sustainable Future. In the meantime, she can likely be found reading, eating, or poorly singing Taylor Swift in the backseat of her friend's car. 

Tara has been interested in programming ever since she was first introduced to it in kindergarten. She has learned numerous different languages, including Python, Java, HTML and CSS, and has competed in many hackathons with her twin brother, Dhruv. She also enjoys mathematics, especially statistics, and is really excited to be able to apply her skills to this wonderful mission. Outside of math and programming, Tara enjoys playing violin and soccer!

Since creating his first website with Tara at 9 years old, Dhruv has not been able to stop coding. He has completed many unique personal apps and projects to serve his community, addressing issues from education to cyberbullying. He is experienced in full-stack development and has learned various languages, including Python, Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Flask, and React. In the small amount of time he is not coding, Dhruv can be found playing piano or doing robotics.

Kaylee is a tech enthusiast who loves to tinker with different programming languages. She's always up for an adventure, whether it's building websites, exploring new systems, or learning about the exciting world of finance. With her passion for programming development, she has also become skilled at organizing data and creating systems on the intermediate level.

Saanvi has long been interested in the intersection of Public and Environmental Health. At A Sustainable Future, she focuses on marketing and social media outreach to engage as many students and schools as possible. Outside of ASF, Saanvi enjoys writing, playing video games, taking long walks with her dog, and can often be found working at her local assisted living home.

Niharika is an hardworking student who loves to work towards making positive changes and waves in her area. She is extremely fascinated by biology, the environment and the close link these spheres have to technology in today’s digitally centred world. By working with ASF she hopes to combine all of this and make a change where she is able. In her free time Niharika loves spending time with her close knit family, her friends and her fluffy Pomeranian. She also likes exploring 3D creations in blender.
